The marketplace channel shows what comparable machines are offered for. The valuation channel looks at the actual machine rather than the model alone: the same model can differ by hundreds of thousands of kronor once wear and equipment are in the file. Financing channels take that value into a file a specialist can discuss the same day, including equipment leasing with a predictable monthly cost. The knowledge base is the institutional reading room around those workflows: IVS, CRR, Basel and the EU AI Act.

## Regelverksanpassning

The channels are built so an institution can keep its own credit decision. IVS 300 remains the reference for plant and equipment valuation. CRR Article 210 remains the reference for monitoring movable collateral. Where software assists a valuation, EU AI Act deployer obligations stay with the institution that uses the output. Cendex Group publishes the reading room and distributes the evidence. The lender decides the advance, the covenant and the override.

A kreditakt that uses this evidence should still show the source of the price, the adjustments for condition and equipment, and the name of the person who accepted the figure. No. Mature programmes combine external IVS appraisals for high-EAD or non-standard assets with market evidence and condition-aware valuation for portfolio monitoring and refresh at scale.
